A peaceful existence comes first and foremost from a condition of well-being, at the workplace and in everyday life.
For our employees, we have organised spacious, well-ventilated and naturally lit workspaces. We have invested in dust extraction equipment and installed LED lighting. Further support for employees is provided by the laundry service for work clothes.
We support the fight against cancer. That is why we support the WelfareCare project (>>welfarecare.org) and every year we offer our employees and their families monitoring for breast cancer prevention.

In order to create a bond with our host territory and the people who live there, we support the social initiatives promoted by the active associations based here.
In particular, we support the women’s volleyball team U.S. Summano ASD of Piovene Rocchette (VI).
We regularly support various charities, including the Comboni missions.
