1980
Baldan Srl is founded in Posina with 1 upsetting line
1990
The business diversifies with the purchase of a new line and the addition of the hot forging line
1995
The company moves to larger premises of 2,300 sq. m in Arsiero. A closed-die forging line, an additional upsetting line and a CNC internal workshop are inaugurated
2000
First robots applied only to upsetting lines
2004/2007
3 cutting lines and an additional upsetting line are inaugurated
2010
Takeover of the competitor Forgiavelo: the company inherits 1 electrical upsetting line into its production processes. In the same year the company obtains 9001 certification.
2014
Baldan Srl acquires the entire share capital of Baldanforge Srl
2015
Expansion of the company to 10,000 sq. m (5,000 covered). Robotics is gradually extended to the 3 cutting lines. Induction heating line is patented as a process innovation
2016
The induction upsetting line is patented as a process innovation, replacing the robotic electric upsetting line. Robotization of the second cutting line with Japanese disk sawing machine
2019
Robotization of the third cutting line
2021
With the purchase of a new press and a new induction furnace, the range of large dimensions raw parts is gradually expanded. The workshop department is gradually being expanded to its current 8 CNC turning machines

Every single phase of Baldanforge’s business process is aimed at constant quality improvement.
- Baldanforge srl has been UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2010, for the design and implementation of organisational systems that ensure customer care and satisfaction in a supply relationship based on reliability.
- We have started the process to obtain UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certification for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system.
